By creating an account or using Rejected.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Rejected.ai does
Rejected.ai uses AI to help you reconstruct and analyze past job interviews based on your own recollection, and to generate practice questions and feedback. All analysis, ratings, scores, and suggestions on Rejected.ai are entirely AI-generated and are provided solely to help you reflect on and improve your interview skills. They are not professional career advice, do not guarantee any interview outcome or employment decision, and should not be treated as a definitive or authoritative assessment of your abilities.
3. Voice recordings and other people's privacy
Any voice recording feature on Rejected.ai is intended only for you to narrate your own recollection of an interview, in your own words, after the fact. You must not record or upload an actual recording of the real interview, or any recording that includes another person - including an interviewer, recruiter, or anyone else - without their knowledge and consent. Recording another person without consent may be illegal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring any content you submit complies with applicable law, and Rejected.ai disclaims all liability arising from misuse of this feature.
4. Accuracy of AI-generated content
Analysis, ratings, and suggestions generated by Rejected.ai are produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be fully accurate or complete. You should use your own judgment when applying this feedback to your interview preparation.
5. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt its operation, accessing other users' data without authorization, or submitting content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the interview content and other information you submit. By using the service, you grant us permission to process this content solely to provide the analysis and features you request.
8. Limitation of liability
Rejected.ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated feedback, including career or interview-related decisions.
9. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
